| AEP System Changes (applies to Multi Item SADs) |

Revenue have just informed us that on Saturday 14th May 2011 they will be implementing changes to the AEP system. The expected change to be made to the system is as follows: For multi item SADs when the item contains package type details and this package type is not identified as "bulk", the Declared quantity of packages in the Package Segment of the item is mandatory (i.e. Package Segment is mandatory) and must not be less than one. The following error message will be updated within the "Delimited Error Message File", ECLR050261 - When the type of packages is "Unpacked", the Declared quantity of packages is mandatory and must not be less than one. Also the following new error message will be added to the "Delimited Error Message File", ECLR019326 - When item contains package type details and this package type is not identified as "bulk", the Declared quantity of packages in the Package Segment of the item is mandatory (i.e. Package Segment is mandatory) and must not be less than one. The AEP system will be unavailable from 1230hrs until 1930hrs GMT on Saturday 14th May 2011 to allow for this implementation. |
