What is EMCS Phase 3 (FS2)?
From 1st Jan 2012 EMCS traders will be able to send and receive new messages for 'alert' and 'rejection' of movements, whilst traders moving energy products will be able to split a movement.  This new functionality is not supported by the UK portal application and can only be submitted via a 3rd party software application such as myCustoms.
